Questions

About this day

How is this different from the Cliffs of Moher tour from Shannon?

It starts in Galway and comes into the Burren from the north, through Kinvara and along the coast road by Black Head. The Shannon day approaches from the south, so the two share the cliffs and Poulnabrone but little else.

Is the Cliffs of Moher ticket included?

No, the ticket is bought by you, online or at the visitor centre. Our price covers the car, the chauffeur, fuel and parking for the day.

Can we spend longer at the cliffs?

Yes. Tell us before the day and we will trim the coast road stops so the extra time comes out of the drive. The total still has to stay within eight hours.

Can we finish somewhere other than Galway?

Yes. Ending the day at a hotel in Clare or Limerick instead of Galway is a common request, and the quote is written for that end point.

What if there is fog at the Cliffs of Moher?

Sea fog can sit on the cliffs for an hour and then lift. The chauffeur keeps an eye on it and swaps the order of the day, doing Doolin and the Burren first when the edge is not visible.
