Corporate work is not a different vehicle, it is a different set of expectations. The car is early, the chauffeur is quiet, the invoice carries your cost codes and nobody asks the passenger for a card at the end of the journey.
Everything sits on one account with one contact. Movements are consolidated on a single statement with your own references on each line, so the finance team can reconcile it without asking us anything. Payment and cancellation terms are agreed in your contract.

How does the account work?
You book by email or phone with one contact. Movements are consolidated on a single invoice with your own references on each line, and the payment terms are agreed in your contract.
Can the car wait between meetings?
Yes, that is what a day rate covers. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle and the schedule rather than being dispatched elsewhere.
Do you handle conference arrivals?
Yes. Passengers are matched to vehicles by flight, met inside arrivals and moved as one coordinated job, up to seventy seats.
Is there a booking system?
Email and phone, with a named contact. For a programme we take the manifest and work from it rather than asking you to re-key it.
What about cancellations?
Up to forty eight hours before pickup. Inside that window we look at what the chauffeur has already committed to and confirm what applies before anything is charged.
