Most Limerick work is the Shannon run, twenty five minutes each way for twenty six kilometres. After that it is corporate travel around the Free Zone and the university, hotel guests heading for Adare and Dromoland, and golf parties moving between the courses in Clare and Kerry.
The city itself is small enough that everything is close. The Strand, the Savoy, the Absolute and No.1 Pery Square are all within a few minutes of each other, and the university is ten minutes from the centre.
For anything longer, Limerick sits in the middle of the good roads. Galway is an hour and a half, Killarney an hour and forty, Cork an hour and a quarter, Dublin two hours on the M7.

How much is a transfer from Shannon to Limerick?
