The service
The car waits between stops
Hourly hire keeps one vehicle and one chauffeur with you between stops, so nobody books a new car after every meeting or waits for one at the end of the evening.
There is no meter. The hours and the rate are agreed in writing before the booking, and if the plan runs long, we agree the extra time with you before it is added.
Tolls, parking and fuel are inside the figure you accepted. For anything longer than a few hours, a half or full day rate usually works out better, and we will say so in the quote.

You keep one car and one chauffeur for the hours in your quote. The chauffeur waits between stops and takes you on to the next one.
What if the plan runs longer?
Tell the chauffeur or the dispatch desk. We agree the extra time with you before it is added, and nothing is charged that you did not accept.
When is a day rate better than hourly hire?
For anything longer than a few hours. A half day covers up to four hours and a full day is quoted on your plan, and we say which works out better in the quote.
What about cancellations?
Up to forty-eight hours before pickup. Inside that window we look at what the chauffeur has already committed to and confirm what applies before anything is charged.
