Golf itineraries driven around the tee sheet
A golf trip has one fixed point each day and it is the tee time. Everything else, the breakfast, the drive, the bag drop, is arranged backwards from it, and that is how we build the itinerary.
The clubs travel in the same vehicle as the party. An Executive MPV takes four golfers with four bags and four cases without anyone holding a driver on their knees, and larger groups move to a Minibus rather than splitting across two cars.
Between rounds the chauffeur waits at the clubhouse rather than disappearing for four hours. The hours the car is held are set out in your quote, and if a round is running long we agree the extra time with you rather than leaving you standing in a car park with a phone.

How early should a golf trip be booked?
Several weeks in high season, because a full week of vehicles is held for the itinerary rather than assembled day by day.
