Payment

How settlement works

  1. 01

    Quote in writing

You receive the price, the vehicle category and the meeting point by email before anything is confirmed. The quote holds for 14 days.

  2. 02

    Asking costs nothing

The enquiry is free and commits you to nothing. Your booking is confirmed when you accept our offer.

  3. 03

Pay by link or on the day

Settled with the chauffeur, or by secure payment link when we invoice. Account customers settle on the terms agreed in their contract.

  4. 04

    Cancellation

Up to 48 hours before pickup. Later than that, phone us as early as you can and we will confirm what applies.

The service

How airport transfer prices in Ireland are set

One price, agreed in writing before you travel, for the whole vehicle. Four people pay the same as one, and the figure does not move because the road was busy or the flight was late.

Two things decide it: the distance and the vehicle category. Longer journeys are priced from a rate per kilometre by category, short ones sit at the minimum fare, and the popular airport routes are held as fixed figures so the number arrives in the first reply.

Inside every price: tolls, airport parking, thirty minutes of complimentary waiting time, flight monitoring, child seats and luggage handling. Nothing is added at the end, and a journey at 04:00 on Christmas morning costs what the same journey costs in June.

What can change a price is always agreed first. An extra stop, a second pickup address, waiting beyond the included time, or a larger vehicle than the one booked. Each of those is re-quoted in writing before the day rather than added afterwards.

One price for the vehicle, whatever the address

One price for the vehicle, whatever the address

  • The whole vehicle, not per seat

A family of four pays once. Party size only decides the category.

  • Tolls and parking inside

Including the Dublin port tunnel and airport set-down charges.

  • No night or holiday surcharge

The quote covers the time you asked for, whatever time that is.

  • Changes quoted before the day

Nothing is added to the figure after you have travelled.

Variables

What can change a price

Comparison

Against the alternatives

For a family of four landing at Shannon with cases.

  • Private chauffeur

    • One fixed price agreed in writing, tolls and parking inside it.
    • Met inside arrivals with a name sign, luggage handled.
    • Flight monitored, so a delay costs nothing.
  • Taxi rank

    • Metered, so traffic and the route decide the final figure.
    • Queue at the rank, and no guarantee of space for four cases.
    • No flight monitoring on a delayed arrival.
  • Car rental

    • Cheapest on paper before insurance, fuel and parking.
    • Someone in the party drives on the left after a night flight.
    • City parking and narrow coastal roads are yours to manage.

Questions

About the price

Why is a short journey EUR 130?

A ten kilometre run still takes a chauffeur, a car and a return leg out of the working day. The minimum fare is what makes short journeys possible at all.

Do prices change at night or on holidays?

No. The quote covers the time you asked for, including 04:00 departures, Christmas Day and bank holiday weekends.

Is the quoted figure the total?

Yes. What you see in the written quote is what you pay, with nothing added at settlement.

Can we get a better rate on volume?

Yes, through the travel trade programme. Hotels, DMCs and corporate desks work on net rates with consolidated invoicing, on terms agreed in the contract.
