Questions
Trade questions
Do you work exclusively?
No, and we would not ask you to either. Most partners use us for the west and the south west first, then extend once the first season goes well.
Who does the guest speak to?
You, unless you would rather we contacted them directly. Either works, and we follow whatever the file says.
Can you handle a movement larger than your own fleet?
Yes. Conference arrivals above thirty are coordinated with vetted partner operators, dispatched and invoiced by us as one job.
How do you handle cancellations from our side?
Cancellation terms are agreed in your contract. Tell us as early as you can and we will confirm what applies to that booking before anything is charged.
