Purpose: Shows our Google and Tripadvisor reviews on the site. The widget is part of the page and loads from Elfsight's servers when you scroll to the reviews section, whichever cookie choice you make. It is not used for advertising or for measuring you across other sites.

What it collects: Standard technical data of the request (IP address, browser) and its own technical cookies needed to display the reviews

4.4 Stripe (Payment Processing)

Purpose: Secure payment processing

What it collects: Payment information (securely encrypted)

Note: Stripe cookies are only used during the payment process

4.5 OpenAI Ads (ChatGPT Ads)

Purpose: Measuring whether an advertisement shown in ChatGPT led to an enquiry on this site. It loads only after you accept marketing cookies. If you choose "Essential only", or make no choice at all, it is switched off and measures nothing.

Cookie names: __oaiq_consent (records your choice), __obref (a random reference for this browser, one year), __oppref (the advertisement click reference, thirty days)

What it collects: The fact that an enquiry was submitted, the page address, and the advertisement click reference. It also has a feature called automatic advanced matching: after you have accepted marketing cookies, the measurement code can detect contact details you type into the enquiry form, standardise them and convert them into an irreversible SHA-256 fingerprint inside your browser, so that OpenAI can tell that a conversion belongs to a person who saw an advertisement.

Your raw contact details are not sent through this feature. Only the fingerprint leaves your browser, and it cannot be turned back into your email address, name or telephone number. We do not pass any field of the form to OpenAI ourselves, and nothing at all is collected before you accept marketing cookies.

Can you disable these? Yes. Choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner, or use the cookie preferences link in the footer at any time to withdraw consent. Withdrawing stops the measurement and clears these cookies.

Elfsight reviews widget - set by Elfsight - technical cookies for as long as the reviews section is shown - functional, loads with the page, not used for advertising
