Irish Transfer provides premium chauffeur-driven transportation services including:
- Airport transfers (all major Irish airports)

- Wedding and special event transportation
- Golf course transfers
- Sightseeing tours and day trips
- Custom journey planning
All services are provided directly by Irish Transfer. We are not a booking platform or intermediary – we are your service provider.
4. Booking Process
4.1 How to Book
You can book our services by:

4.2 Booking Confirmation
When you make a booking, you will receive:
- Immediate Acknowledgment: Confirmation that we received your booking request
- Booking Confirmation: Full details of your journey including:
- Pickup date, time, and location
- Destination
- Vehicle type
- Total price
- Booking reference number
A contract between you and Irish Transfer is formed when you receive the booking confirmation.
4.3 Booking Information Required
To complete your booking, you must provide:
- Your full name
- Contact phone number and email address
- Pickup location and destination
- Date and time of service
- Number of passengers
- Amount of luggage
- Flight number (for airport transfers)
- Any special requirements
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Our pricing is:
- Fixed Rate: All prices are quoted as fixed rates for the journey
- Transparent: No hidden fees or charges
- All-Inclusive: Includes driver, fuel, standard waiting time, and tolls
- VAT Included: All prices include applicable Irish VAT
5.2 What’s Included in the Price
- Professional chauffeur service
- Fuel and vehicle costs
- Standard waiting time (see Section 6.4)
- Toll charges and parking fees
- Meet and greet service (for airport transfers)
- Complimentary water
5.3 Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for:
- Waiting time beyond the included period (€30 per hour)
- Route changes requested during the journey
- Additional stops not included in the original booking
- Excessive cleaning required due to passenger negligence
- Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers
5.4 Payment Methods
We accept payment by:
- Bank Transfer: Preferred method for advance payment
- Credit/Debit Card: Securely processed through Stripe
5.5 Payment Terms
- Online Bookings: Payment may be required at time of booking or before service
- Corporate Accounts: Invoice payment terms available for approved corporate clients
- Recurring Clients: Flexible payment arrangements may be available
6. Cancellations and Changes
6.1 Cancellation by Customer

6.2 Changes to Booking
- Free Changes: You may change your booking details (date, time, location) free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to availability
- Late Changes: Changes requested less than 24 hours before pickup may incur additional charges or may not be possible
- Last-Minute Changes: Changes requested less than 2 hours before pickup cannot be guaranteed
6.3 Flight Delays (Airport Transfers)
- We monitor flight arrivals in real-time
- No additional charge for delays beyond your control
- You must notify us if your flight is diverted to a different airport
- Please inform us immediately of any significant changes to your travel plans
6.4 Waiting Time Policy
Included waiting time:
- Airport Pickups: 60 minutes from actual flight arrival time
- Hotel/Address Pickups: 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time
Additional waiting time: €30 per hour (charged in 30-minute increments)
6.5 No-Show Policy
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup location within the included waiting time and cannot be reached by phone or email, this is considered a no-show. The full booking amount (100%) will be charged with no refund.
6.6 Cancellation by Irish Transfer
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Severe weather conditions making travel unsafe
- Vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure
- Driver illness or emergency
- Force majeure events
If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund. We will make every effort to arrange alternative transportation.
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
- Provide a working contact phone number
- Notify us immediately of any changes or delays
- Ensure luggage complies with vehicle capacity
- Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, accessibility needs, etc.)
- Treat our vehicles and drivers with respect
- Not smoke in the vehicle
- Not consume alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle
- Supervise children at all times
- Wear seatbelts at all times
- Not bring prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials)
8. Our Responsibilities
Irish Transfer commits to:
- Provide professional, courteous service
- Maintain clean, well-maintained luxury vehicles
- Employ experienced, uniformed, licensed drivers
- Arrive on time for pickups
- Monitor flights for airport transfers
- Provide meet and greet service at airports
- Handle your luggage with care
- Respect your privacy and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly about any issues or delays
9. Liability and Insurance
9.1 Our Liability
Irish Transfer maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:
- Public liability insurance
- Passenger liability insurance
- Vehicle insurance covering all passengers and luggage
9.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- Personal Injury: We are fully liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Property Damage: We accept liability for loss or damage to your property caused by our negligence, up to the limits of our insurance policy
- Delays: We are not liable for indirect losses (missed flights, appointments, etc.) unless caused by gross negligence
- Lost Property: While we will make reasonable efforts to help recover lost items, we are not liable for personal property left in vehicles
9.3 Customer Liability
You are liable for:
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party
- Additional cleaning costs due to excessive mess or spills
- Loss or damage to our property
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes)
- Government actions or restrictions
- Labor disputes or strikes
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund as appropriate.

12. Complaints Procedure

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and General Conditions of Transportation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Irish Transfer.
